Abstracts:
Consider the technical capabilities and level of preparedness of coal-water fuel instead of natural gas heating boilers in the existing small and medium power. Compares two possible types of raw materials for the manufacture of coal-water fuel: a High-sludge waste coal enrichment and enriched coal, particularly anthracite. The technology of burning coal-water fuel: in the furnaces of fluidized bed (STKS, VTKS) and cameras flaring. In comparing the observed quality of manufacturing processes and the burning of two types of coal-water fuel. Was considered advisable to carry out a more profound technological and economic comparison of water-coal combustion technology of fuels made from coal slurry and of high-enriched coal, particularly anthracite ash content 3-4%. In Ukraine, there are currently a number of factories that enrich anthracite before this ash in an amount sufficient to produce high-energy coal-water fuel, the use of which allows for full replacement of natural gas in heating boilers. |
