Abstracts:
Republic Moldova (RM) has small volume domestic energy resources and fuel import is more than 90%. Energy security issues are the subject of special attention in the country. The researches include elaborating of methodology, identifying of relations, the simulation of crisis situations, forecasting the indicators values. The purpose is to create a mathematical framework for analysis and monitoring of energy security, prevention of threats, risks in the energy sector caused by various internal and external factors. The monitoring of 46 indicators is based on the database with yearly supplement and update. Synthesis level of energy security is defined for each year. Fuel Flow Diagrams are obtained in the short-term forecast and allow making further energy planning with purpose to ensure energy security. |
