Abstracts:

For the measurement of temperature field in loose environment, which prone to self-heating, apply thermo pendants. The article deals with the practical task of tension of thermo pendants, when loose environments discharge from the bunkers. Describes research methodology tension pendants in a vertically oriented vessel at the discharge of loose environment. Describes the experimental stand. Booth models proportionately smaller bottom part of real bunker, the most dangerous in terms of the occurrence of self-heating. As a model environment to simulate real grain mass of wheat semolina is taken. Describes experiments carried out to study the tension of the pendants in the laboratory conditions at the discharge of the loose environment from the model hopper. Gived analysis of the obtained data. Describes the results of experiments on the study of the relationship tension thermo pendants and their location in the bunker at the discharge loose environment from hopper. When attaching the mountings at different distances from the axis of symmetry of the vessel creates different tension forces. The differences are expressed both in absolute values, so and in dynamics. On the time dependencies of the forces of tensioning of the pendants is observed maximum. The position of the maximum of these dependences is shifted towards larger time values with increasing distance from the center of the tank.
