Abstracts:

The dynamics of nonequilibrium phase transitions with intermittent substance density variation during induced bubbly and surface metastable liquid decomposition was considered. The regularities of embryonic phase separation during high energy impact on water and isopropanol using thermal pulses from MEMS microheater were obtained. The regularities of surface phase separation at high stored energy density caused by the rapid depressurization and refrigerant R-11 transition to a metastable state when free surface exists were established. The mechanisms of generation of the pulsating wave with vapor spontaneous condensation during surface phase separation were identified. These results can be used for development of the MEMS-actuators based on controlled metastable liquid decomposition and safety systems of the power stations.
