Abstracts:

The results of researches heat and humidity regime of gas exhaust ducts boiler installations in conditions of deep cooling of flue gases are described.
The analysis of the effectiveness of series thermal methods to avoid condensation in these ducts was carried out, namely: partially bypass of exhaust gases past the heat-utilizer, mixing them with heated air, drying of by heating them in the superficial heat-exchangers, as well as the thermal insulation of the boiler chimney was carried out. The regularities of the influence of heat and humidity on the condition of the metal and brick chimneys of the governing parameters as boiler load, exhaust gas temperature in the nominal mode, the initial temperature of the water heating in the heat-utilizer, excess air ratio, as well as the thermophysical properties of thermal insulation material. By results of the comparative efficiency analysis of these thermal methods to avoid condensation borders of rational use of each of them are defined.
