Abstracts:

In given work is considered problem of the monitoring the system indicators for Left bank region of the Moldova, analysis trends of indicators by comparison with similar for Right bank region for period 2008-2012.
Methodological approaches are realized in special computing complex on monitoring the current condition, forecasting and modeling level to energy security on database for Right bank region of the country. For Left region The information of Left bank region information was access difficult. This work is first attempt to take analyses of the energy sector in this region with position of energy security.
The executed analysis has shown that appeared possibility for analysis of the condition of the energy sector Left bank region of the Moldova create the premises for more identical estimation level to energy security of the country. The Comparison values of indicators for Left and Right bank regions shows the different trends.
