Abstracts:

A new type of inflator on the basis of the vortex with the fuel for combustion (fuel) gas commercially viable preparation of heat and electric energy, and for ecological disposal of organic waste of low humidity. As for raw materials for producing artificial fuel gas is proposed to use a low moisture biomass, organic waste containing combustible components, peat, solid fuels substandard cheap, shale, and possibly even tar sands. Developed and tested scheme to create a vortex in the vortex chamber in different experiments on models with two-phase flow and combustion. For new types of gasifiers, we have developed a technology of stabilization and control of a two-phase vortex. This vortex develops in the vehicle, through a sequence of process steps. For each stage of the developed individual instruments (control technology in the development stage of the vortex gas atmosphere and temperature). These controls are designed separately for gasifiers with the vertical and horizontal axis of the vortex. On the basis of these models created three original new type of gasifier at three different kinds of raw materials. They are either in permanent operation or under development and research in the field. The devices have substantial reduction in emission of resin and capable of separation of the ash in the gasifier at high burn-up of carbon. Under the new scheme designed gasifiers use in small power plants and boilers. This scheme of varying complexity and cost. In some schemes implemented by independent production of electricity and heat during planned or emergency shutdowns for several hours the main equipment for the production of energy. For this we recommend the scheme to drive a small generator of electric power from Stirling engine. For the simplest and cheapest option electricity generating recommend burn gas produced in the gasifier with our resin and low carbon ash in conventional internal combustion engines.
