Abstracts:

The variants of the complex transfer of large flows of different types of energy over long distances are considered. The prospect variant for the transfer of electricity from the far solar power in deserts, wind farms, hydroelectric and other power plants is the pumping of the liquid hydrogen and electricity on the superconducting cable DC based magnesium diboride. The analysis of the establishment and development of solar energy in the deserts to obtain a large amount of energy is presented. The progress has been made in the development of superconducting cables and energy lines to transfer of large energy flows. The new superconducting materials and dual-use cryogenic liquids expand the possibilities of using hybrid superconducting energy lines in various sectors of power engineering and industry. The current level of development in this area has already demonstrated their considerable advantages, allows to assess of their performance and begin the development and implementation of cost-effective integrated projects in the power engineering.
