Abstracts:

In this paper the features of the structure and output volume of secondary energy resources (SER) by type of energy in the power sector of Ukraine are discussed. The dynamics of changes in the output volume of SER for the period from 2000 till 2010 in the context of the economic development of the country is analysed. The data on the levels of the use of different secondary energy types, namely, fuel, heat and pressure SER are given. The features of the use of SER in various industries for different types of recycling equipment, etc are considered. Special attention is given to forecasting the output volume and the levels of use of SER in Ukraine for the period until 2020. Forecast proposed is based on the account trends of development of foreign policy of Ukraine, largely related to the implementation of considerable volumes of exports of a number raw materials and energy-intensive products. We consider the development of the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, devoted to the creation of high-performance technologies for the use of various types of SER and related equipment for them recycling.
