Abstracts:

Heat transfer from corridor bundle of tubes to the reverse fluid flow with low-frequency asymmetrical pulsations was analyzed experimentally. A range of volumetric flow rate of pulsating water flow was from 0,078 m3/h to 0,450 m3/h. Reynolds number was vary in the range from 100 to 500 and changing of flow impulses frequency was limited with values f = [0,125; 0,5] Hz. A problem of intensification of heat transfer in technological equipment and the ways of its solving suggested with different authors was investigated. A short describing of the experiment procedure and operation concept of the experimental unit was given in article. Dependence of Nusselt number from Reynolds number with changing of impulses period T = [2; 8] sec. and fluid flow oscillations amplitude in hydraulic accumulator Аг.а. = [20; 68] mm.w.g. was measured. There was found out that using of impulses of fluid flow lead to heat transfer increase. A comparison of heat transfer under steady and non-steady conditions and different regimes of pulsations influence was made and described.
