Abstracts:

The paper presents the results of experimental studies of the effect of surface topography round metal discs on their hydrodynamic resistance. Different orientations of the terrain and the size of the disk surface were obtained by milling and correspond to different methods of processing blades of turbines and propellers. Establish the effect of the height and orientation of macro-relief on the surface resistance and the absence of such an effect in some forms of relief. The results can be used to optimize processing techniques turbines blades and propellers.
