Abstracts:

An original scheme of a chemical reactor for the conversion of the compression of light hydrocarbons into the higher molecular compounds was proposed. The main element of the reactor is a pair of «piston - cylinder» with surfaces covered by TECH-oxidation and withstand theromocycling and has a high wear and heat resistance. The coefficient of friction cover to cover less than 5 * 10-2. Surfaces are withstand operating temperature more than 2000 K in the reaction zone. The results of initial experiments on the compression of air-hydrocarbon mixtures with composition close to stoichiometric, and “rich” mixtures with a large number of hydrocarbons and low oxygen levels. The prospects of the proposed reactor model of compression for the synthesis of complex hydrocarbons in the case of work with the “rich” mixtures was shown. Further studies are relevant to the pressure of about 90 atmospheres and higher.
