Abstracts:

This article presents the results of research of energy-saving catalytically stabilized gas burners. Technologies preparation of the catalyst has developed. The carriers of the catalysts are heat-resistant cellular ceramic, synthetic ceramic fibrous and metal-foils structure. The authors performed a complex of thermotechnical and energotechnological works on the basis of which specifies the permissible operating parameters. As a result of the research were obtained evidence that the organization of the process catalytically stabilized by combustion of hydrocarbon fuels contributes to the efficiency of gas appliances and eco-friendliness of burners, significantly reduces the specific consumption of natural gas. The practical value of the research lies in the possibility the development of industrial production in Ukraine modern catalysts and catalytic-stabilized by infrared gas burners, as well as a new generation of environmentally clean energy-efficient domestic gas stoves, boilers, and industrial devices, including solve the problem of creation of domestically catalytic gas turbines.
