The analysis of existing studying methods of energy consuming complex systems is done in this paper. Energy audit goals and tasks are analyzed, including audits of budgetary sphere objects. Automation ways and methods of preparation technology for energy-saving projects and their realization are distinguished.
It is proposed to use the programmatic-methodical system “Automatized energy auditor working place” (AEWP) for processing energy consumption data and making managing decisions. Within the framework of AEWP known and specially designed calculation methodologies are used. Structure of AEWP is consist of energy auditor mobile working place based on laptop (Pre-processing and rapid analysis of the results of instrumental measurements from a single measurement system); and stationary energy auditor places based on a PC with full program - methodological support (methodological support for energy audits; background and legal framework; a database of energy resources specific consumption; bibliography of energy supply and energy saving measurements; a list of energy-saving materials and equipment; a set of standard documents for energy audit and design its results; patterns of energy certificates, software-calculated complex). The main function of AEWP is to provide possibility to managers to make operational decisions in order to minimize the specific consumption of energy resources. It is proposed to use two ways of analyzing the energy consumption: depending on the temperature of the outside air or the consumption of fuel and energy balances counted for a given period. In this case, an energy audit in any way will be connected with conducting of a large number of measurements, i.e., accumulation of large amounts of data, as well as labor-intensive processing of these data, calculations, analysis, and evaluation of results. To simplify the data array processing methods described above it is provided an alternative method of constructing a multiplicative function of the object that allows you to build computer models of the system elements and relationships between them by ranking all of the objects relative to the specified energy standard. The resulting connection may be translated into the functional dependence on a pre-selected index, on which to base an analysis of the consumption of energy resources by the objects without using sophisticated engineering techniques.
