Abstracts:

A review of the concepts of new coal-fired thermal plants with carbon dioxide removal and hydrogen production was done. A new circuit diagram of PCFB OXY-Fuel combined-cycle plant developed at the Coal Energy Technology Institute of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine is described.
