Abstracts:

This work is devoted to research of flow structure in supersonic separators, designed for separation of natural gas components. Requisite thermodynamic conditions for condensation and separation of discrete fractions, which are a part of gas composition, could be implemented in these separators through providing high flow rates in supersonic nozzles. In the past few years this type of separators has been more and more active used for the separation of natural and associated gases. The study of flow structure in supersonic gas-dynamic channel of the separator is the main task while the designing of industrial models of such separators. In this paper we analyzed the key effects that have an influence on the behavior of the main gas-dynamic characteristics of a supersonic flow in the channel of separator.
