Abstracts:

In this paper the numerical simulation of surfactant dynamics under the influence of nonlinear resonant three-wave interactions topographically trapped long waves on sea shelf using the cylindrical bottom relief approximation. Simulations are based on the advection model augmented by diffusion and relaxation terms. The calculations for different models of the bottom approximation ("endless slope", "shelf - step", concave exponential shelf). There were compared the case of stationary amplitude values corresponding to the stable state of equilibrium, and the non-stationary case and the partially-standing wave in the context of the dynamics of the surfactant films. It was shown that the inclusion of nonlinear interactions of wave modes clearly reflected in the concentration field.
