Abstracts:

Experiments on the absorption of water vapor film of aqueous solution of lithium bromide (LiBr), falling on vertical row of ten horizontal pipes are conducted. In experiments the structure of solution flow over the tubes and between them was studied at absorption, solution concentrations as well as solution and cooling water temperatures were measured. The thermograms of solution surface on the tubes and on droplet and jets in-between the tubes were obtained by means of a thermal imager. The local heat and mass transfer characteristics are calculated for a vertical row of ten horizontal tubes with different supply of cooling water. Good accodance of experimental results on temperature and concentration of the solution with the model are received.
